How to use

Cardamom can quickly overpower other ingredients, so gradually add it in. Cardamom pairs well with poultry, red meat, lentils, oranges, rice and other warm spices, like nutmeg and cinnamon. It's ideal in curries, teas, baked goods and sausages.
