Terms Of Use For Gift Cards

Buying a gift card from our site requires you to have registered for an account (“member”) and provide one or two payment methods. “Payment Method” means a current, valid, accepted method of payment, as may be updated from time to time. We may change subscription policies from time to time. You being a purchaser or user of the gift card, you are subject to the terms Please note that you should also review the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, both of which you also consent to through the use of this webpage. 

 

If you are a gifter or the recipient, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTOOD IT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY All OF ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.DO NOT BUY THE GIFT CARD OR CONTINUE USE OF THE GIFT CARD, IF YOU DON’T AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS OF USE, PRIVACY POLICY AND THESE TERMS. KINDLY DO NOT CONTINUE THE USE OF WHOLLY AND/OR PART OF GIFT CARD SERVICES. 

The terms are few: 

  1. Gift cards are valid forever till these terms change. And we will notify you of any change through the mode of communication available to you. Gift cards can be redeemed against all products and services, unless otherwise stated. 

  2. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new voucher or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities. 

  3. If your purchase exceeds the value of the gift card available balance, the balance must be paid by cash, debit or credit card. 

  4. If you return any products, you have purchased using a gift voucher, the balance will be credited to you as gift card balance and is to be redeemed against subsequent purchases. 

  5. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. 

  6. Except as provided hereunder or as per applicable law, the amount in your Gift Cards will not be refunded to you under any circumstances. No refund will be provided in cash, at any point in time. 

  7. Unused Gift Card balances may not be transferred to another user's account. 

  8. Password Security: You shall, at all times, keep the passwords that are generated by you strictly confidential and not reveal the same to any person or entity.      

  9. We vary or replace these conditions from time to time (including introducing new fees). 

Limitation of Liability: NEITHER US NOR OUR PARTNERS MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CARD IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY WILL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CARD. IF APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
